Mike,

We believe age is just a number. If you feel strong and you are as active as you've ever been then stick with it. I applaud you! You know your body better than anyone else. Just listen to what it is "telling" you on a daily basis. Obviously, there is a fine line between pushing yourself past your comfort zones and pushing yourself into an injury from overtraining. If you need help with determining where that is just give us a call or request a free consultation. We'd be glad to sit down with you and discuss your goals and limitations in greater detail. Again, well done! Not many your age can say that they are as active as they've ever been. Keep it up!

I'll be 70 years old in about two weeks and quite frankly I don't know what to think. I've been into physical fitness all my life and still feel very strong and I'm as active as ever. I do wonder how long I can go on with this regimen? Is there a point where I should slow it down for health reasons?

Daniel won the rematch... not by much. But if Laura was fully rested I'd have to say that she would give him a run for his money. She's strong!

"Where are you? It’s a deep question with many layers. And if you have the courage to dig in and start peeling back those layers you’re in for an amazing journey of personal growth and development." So true.

hey kunta, (that's what i call clint for those who don't know) thank you so much for the invite to coaches weekend (deer camp). Had no idea what to expect, but as the weekend progressed god took over and allowed me to express what has been in my heart for a long time, things that i've always known but could not express (fear), thank you again son for helping me to break those chains. I'm so excited to start building the same special relationships with your brothers. love you, proud of you. Dad

That was a fantastic post Clint. I was there too and I DID believe my eyes. I am a sucker for father and son coming together. Your Dad was such a joy for me, can only imagine what it was for you. I lived vicariously through you and your Dad this weekend. Horale Flaco! Encantado mi hermano! It was such an incredible weekend. Thanks for the invite to read this awesome post. This weekend has brought me that much closer to planning a trip to Chicago to see my father. Cab ride to the airport...$28.00, airfare to Chicago $198.00, connecting in a meaningful way with your father...PRICELESS! Love you Clint!
